It is located on the first floor of a private house and includes a living room combined with a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. It also has a balcony with a sea view. It is equipped with all basic household appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove) and includes air conditioning, TV, and a sofa bed in the living room. A parking space located 200 m from the apartment is included in the price, but upon arrival for the purpose of unloading luggage, a car can approach within 30 m of the apartment. The host is located in the same place and will welcome guests upon arrival, show them the apartment and parking, and hand over the keys.

Payment and notes
Payment is in cash or by bank transfer upon arrival. Upon reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price is paid. The scheduled arrival time is from 14h, and departure is from 8 to 10h. This can be adjusted upon agreement. The tourist tax is included in the price, as well as the parking space and use of air conditioning and internet.
