Upon booking, the guest pays a 30 % deposit, with the remainder payable upon arrival. Arrival time: in the afternoon hours. Departure time: 09:00 - 10:00 in the morning. The price includes tourist tax, parking, air conditioning use, internet, and final cleaning. If the owner is not present at the property, the guest will receive a private mobile number to contact them. Discounts are negotiated at the time of booking and depend on the booking period, occupancy, number of adults, and number of children.
