Apartment "LAVANDA" and Apartment "RUŽMARIN" are two comfortable family apartments intended for larger families, for holidays with children and grandchildren. We do NOT accept groups of young people, parties are not allowed! The apartments are located on the second floor of the house; one next to the other. Each apartment is two-story. Completely and modernly furnished, the terrace of the apartment offers an open view of the sea, the cityscape, and the island of Krk. They are located in a quiet location (dead-end street) approx. 400 m (a few min. walk) to the main city beach, suitable for children and adults, seaside promenades and a park (near Hotel Lišanj) and the center of the town of Novi Vinodolski, as well as all amenities. There are 2 marinas in the town. The town and surroundings are rich in cultural, gastro, and various entertainment events; adapted programs for tourists during the summer. In the town and along the beach, there are numerous restaurants, souvenir shops... Each apartment includes 1 parking space (owned), which is located in front of the house (marked). Apartments do not have a grill; it is not possible to barbecue on the terraces.

Payment and notes
Upon acceptance and confirmation of the reservation, a deposit must be paid as agreed: 200 E. The remaining amount is paid by the guest upon arrival at the apartment, in cash, (Euro) we do not accept bank cards. - Check-in to the apartments is from: 15 h. - Check-out from the apartments is until: max. 9.30 h. We ask guests to inform us of the time of arrival and departure from the apartment! - We do NOT accept pets! - Bringing unknown persons into the app. is not allowed. Air conditioning (each app. has 2 AC units) is included in the rental price, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, electricity, water, tourist fees and taxes, -1 parking space per apartment. Minimum stay in the apartments is: 2-3 nights. Upon arrival at the apartment, we ask guests to prepare and show their ID or passport to the Owner for mandatory registration in E-visitor. Note: upon arrival at the apartment, the guest is obliged to leave a deposit (in case of damage caused) of 200 E; the deposit is returned to the guest on the day of departure from the apartment if no damage has been caused.
Cancellation policy
Note / strict conditions: We perform refunds of the deposit only in the event that the borders of Croatia are closed, only in that case is the guest truly unable to come. In other cases, a refund of the deposit is not possible! If you do not show up, the deposit is not refunded! By accepting and confirming the reservation, the guest accepts the stated terms and house rules!
