Payment and notes
›› Apartment check-in after 15:00, check-out until 10:00. ›› Apartment reservation is possible on Saturdays for 7, 14 or 21 days or exceptionally 10 or 20 days. The minimum apartment rental is 3 days with a 30%-t increase in the rental price. ›› An extra bed is charged per day. ›› A pet fee is charged per day. ›› Final cleaning of the apartment is 50 €. Payment upon arrival at the apartment. ›› NOTE: Central cooling with a heat pump (air conditioning) will be operational when the air temperature in the apartment is higher than 26 C during the day. ›› A washing machine is located in apartments 5, 8 and 11.
Cancellation policy
›› Method of deposit payment - The advance part of the apartment reservation is approx. 30 % of the total rental amount, via bank, and the remainder in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The paid deposit is non-refundable one month before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit amount is refunded two months before the arrival date, and 70% of the deposit amount is refunded three months before the arrival date.
