Dear guests! We have available 1 A4+2 apartments (68 m2 30 m2 terrace) and 2 A2+2 apartments (32 m2 10 m2 terrace) for a total of 12 people. All apartments have terraces with a table and chairs and sea views. The house is located 30 m from the pebbled beach. Parking for 2 x 2 cars is located right behind the house. A barbecue is also available for use. The beautiful pebbled beach is 30 m from the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and the sunsets are magnificent. Nearby you will find 3 restaurants, a market, an ATM, and a bakery. A fish market and butchers for fresh fish and meat are in nearby Omiš. Check-in: 14:00, Check-out: 10:00; MIN 5 nights. Early check-in from 09:00/ late check-out until 17:00 (if possible) 50% of the price. A reservation deposit of 25% is non-refundable. Payment: cash, HRK, EUR upon check-in for all agreed days. Included in the price: One parking space per apartment (send an inquiry for more), Air conditioning (fair usage), taxes, duties, and tourist tax, Wi-Fi. A grill is available in the parking lot for use by 3 apartments. 1 sets of bed linen and 4 towels for 7 nights are included in the price. Kitchenware: 3 pots, pans, 6 glasses, 6 mugs, bottle openers, cutting boards, cutlery, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle.
