About this stay
Kristina Apartments are just 150-200 m from the center and the beach. They are quite spacious and offer numerous amenities to make guests feel at home. All three apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a living room (all sofas are extendable), air conditioning, and a TV (with satellite channels). Two apartments of 80 m² (on the 1. and 2. floors) are bright and airy, featuring a terrace of 22 m² with sea views. Each has two spacious bedrooms, with every room including a bathroom and a fan. The apartment with an area of 35 m² has a balcony of 5 m² m². Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A small library (a shelf with brochures, books in a few foreign languages, and magazines) is located in the entrance hallway. There is a large parking lot in front of the house. Payment and notes
*The price of the apartment includes: tourist tax, use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not available. *One parking space per accommodation unit is provided and free of charge, two only upon agreement if space is available. *Bringing electric bicycles and scooters into the apartment is not allowed. Please announce the arrival with electric transport vehicles that are stored in cars. *The deposit is 200 EUR/unit upon reservation (non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest). Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival and there are no refunds if the guest wishes or must leave earlier than the reserved departure date.
