About this stay
Our house features 4 fully equipped apartments with terraces overlooking the sea, located in the very center of Šimuni. Common areas for all apartments include a basement room for socializing, a grill area, and a garden space for relaxation. The basement room is accessible to all guests and includes a TV, toilet, bar, and tables with benches, serving as a gathering space... The grill area, known as the "kamin," is equipped with a grill house featuring a sink, work surface, and dining tables under a canopy. The garden area has a table with chairs surrounded by trees and flowers, also ideal for daily relaxation, meals, reading, etc. In addition to the common outdoor spaces, we have our own private parking for cars. The property is located right next to a local shop, fish market, and restaurant, and is 5 minutes' walk from a beautiful sandy beach with natural shade provided by a pine forest.
