We kindly ask guests to adhere to the house rules during their stay and to treat the property, its furnishings, and the grounds with care. The property is primarily intended for family-friendly and peaceful holidays. The grounds, swimming pool, and other outdoor facilities are shared spaces for guests of the property; therefore, we ask for consideration towards other guests. Check-in and check-out are arranged by agreement with the host. For any additional information or assistance during your stay, the host is available to guests. Smoking indoors is not recommended. We ask guests to use the designated outdoor areas. Please pay special attention to the safety of children near the swimming pool. Children must be supervised by adults. We ask guests to leave the apartment and common areas tidy before departure and to report any malfunctions or damage so that we can resolve them as soon as possible. Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay price must be paid. Reservations can be canceled no later than 30 days before the planned arrival. If canceled 30 days or more before arrival, the paid deposit will be refunded, with 10% of the deposit amount retained as administrative fees. If canceled less than 30 days before the planned arrival, the paid deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is non-refundable and will be retained by the host. In the event of a guest not arriving without prior cancellation (no-show), the paid deposit will also not be refunded. For any changes or cancellations to your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
