About this stay
Apartmani Kovač are modernly equipped apartments located in the heart of Makarska. The city beach is 250 meters away (less than 5 minutes on foot), and you can reach the city center in less than 15 minutes by walking along a beautiful promenade next to what we consider the most beautiful beach in the world. Restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy are within easy reach, while the nearest store for daily shopping is just 50 meters from the apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, air conditioning, and all the necessary amenities to make our guests feel at home. On the north side of the building is a garage complex, so every guest is guaranteed a free covered parking space from which they can enter and exit at any time without any hassle. Our entire family has been involved in tourism and rentals for many years, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to our property, where you will arrive as guests and leave as friends.

Payment and notes
Check-in is permitted from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00 (subject to agreement with the owner; check-in is almost always possible earlier than scheduled). Upon booking, a deposit of 50 % of the reservation amount must be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the amount already paid is non-refundable.
