The distance from the apartments to the sea and beach is only 10 meters, far from the crowds and the main road, which makes this location very interesting for families with small children. The beach is pebbly with plenty of natural shade provided by pine trees. Along the beach stretches a newly built promenade 5 kilometers long, ideal for an evening walk and relaxation, but also for tourists who love an active holiday with running, rollerblading, and cycling. All 3 apartments have a separate entrance, air conditioning, and access to wireless internet (WIFI). The capacity of the apartments is 14 beds and 2 extra beds. Five parking spaces are provided within the property surrounding the house at the marked location. The estate features more than 200 olive trees and the peaceful family restaurant Mendi, with a tradition of over 35 years. The restaurant, offering grilled specialties and seafood, also offers various types of pizza.

Payment and notes
- During longer stays, linen change is performed every 7 days, and towels as needed and more frequently. - Daily rental, tourist tax, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen with necessary utensils and accessories, water, electricity, and gas consumption, air conditioning, wireless internet, and a parking space are included in the price of the arrangement. - The deposit is 30% of the total price of the arrangement. Payment of the deposit is made by transferring money to the bank account. The remainder up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival.
