Parking is available on the property surrounding the house in designated areas.

Payment and notes
- During longer stays, bed linen is changed every 7 days, and towels are changed as needed, and more frequently. - Daily rental, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen with necessary dishes and utensils, water, electricity, and gas consumption, air conditioning, wireless internet, and a parking space are included in the package price. - The deposit is 30% of the total package price. The deposit is paid by transferring funds to the bank account. The remaining balance of the agreed package price is paid upon arrival.
