Fully equipped apartments in a beautiful location with sea views, set in a house surrounded by greenery. The property is 150 m away from the sea and the beach, which is lined with a dense pine forest. An illuminated promenade runs through the pine forest, right along the sea. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, as well as 1-2 bedrooms, depending on the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and dishes. The apartments include an oven or microwave (depending on the apartment). The bedrooms have comfortable beds, and both bed linen and towels in the bathroom are provided. Apartment A4 has a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view, and the terrace is an integral part of the apartment. Apartment A4+1 has a covered private terrace next to the apartment, surrounded by greenery. The studio apartment has its own private terrace next to the unit, separated from the passageway, with a beautiful sea view. The floor plan of each accommodation unit is attached to the photos, allowing you to see the size and layout of the rooms. Each apartment has its own parking space.

Payment and notes
The tourist tax is included in the price. Each apartment has a guaranteed parking space. The reservation is confirmed after payment of the reservation deposit in the amount of 30 % of the full price. A reservation confirmation (voucher) will be sent. Check-in to the apartment is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out from the apartment is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Any earlier arrival or later departure from the apartment is only possible by prior arrangement. We do not accept pets. There are no washing machines in the apartments. We have a separate room containing a washing machine that can be used by arrangement with the owner.
Cancellation policy
The deposit refund is 30 days before the booked date.
