New apartments in the center of Selce, very close to Crikvenica – they are located on the ground floor and on the 1 floor of the house. The apartments are spacious and airy, consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway, an "open space" kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a balcony. They offer a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. They are located 2 minutes' walk from the town center, shops, promenade, beach, restaurants, and cafes. Parking is available in the house's courtyard. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the accommodation price. The tourist (stay) tax and apartment cleaning are also included. PETs ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Payment and notes
To book the apartment, a deposit (down payment) of 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid. The remaining amount of the accommodation price is paid directly at the property, exclusively in cash upon arrival and check-in. Children, regardless of age, are counted towards the total number of guests staying in the apartment and must be specified during the booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. The stated prices apply to stays of 3 nights or more. The preferred arrival time at the apartment is after 14.00 hours, and the departure time is by 10.00 hours.
