Family house with 4. modernly equipped APARTMENTS in the quiet settlement of Kijec, Omišalj, third row from the sea. The property is located 3 minutes' walk from the beach - sea, approx. 90 m. The apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi internet. There is parking in the courtyard and a barbecue in the garden with a dining table. Bed linen is provided (once a week). The sea is clean, with plenty of greenery. A children's playground is located near the sea, 20 meters away. A grocery store is 40 meters away, a restaurant is 500 meters away, and the center is 2 km, where you will find a post office, bank, restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, a church, and other cultural attractions. Omišalj is the first town after crossing the Krk Bridge. The bridge toll is paid upon arrival on the island; it is not paid on the return journey. If you want to spend your vacation in peace without large crowds, then come to Omišalj.

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 100 euros; the remaining balance is due upon your arrival for your annual vacation. Check-in time: 12:00 - 17:00, check-out time: 7:00 - 9:00:00. An extra bed costs 10 euros per day, and pets cost 5 euros per day. The tourist tax is included in the price. Apartment cleaning at the end of your stay: 25 euros.
