About this stay
Kolelastra House is situated in greenery on a hill above the city beach (a 5 minute walk through the pine park to the beach and only 8-10 minutes walk to the Riva, i.e., the center). Due to its favorable position, all apartments in Kolelastra House have a wide open view of the entire bay up to the Italian mountains, which can be seen in good weather conditions. The attached photos are authentic views from the balcony of individual apartments and we gladly share them with you because we ourselves are often fascinated by the fiery colors or silver before us. The apartments are equipped with everything a person needs for a pleasant stay and rest (from kitchen towels to freezers). The house has its own parking in the greenery and a water reservoir of 100m3 so that in case of drought, guests will not feel any reduction in water in any way. What guests particularly emphasize when writing reviews are: the beautiful view from the balcony of all apartments, impeccable cleanliness, functional equipment, and friendly hosts.

Payment and notes
If you wish to reserve one or more apartments in our house, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total bill. Your reservation will only be valid after we confirm receipt of the deposit and the finality of your reservation via e-mail. The remaining amount up to the full price can be paid electronically directly before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival. Check-in to the apartment is possible from 15:00. Departure from the apartment is mandatory by 09:00.
Cancellation policy
The deposit or security is a guarantee to the guest that a free, impeccably clean and tidy apartment truly awaits them on the agreed day, and a guarantee to the apartment owner that the apartment is definitively booked. If the guest is forced to cancel the reservation, we follow the cancellation rule and depending on the date of the cancellation notice: • If we receive the cancellation notice 30 or more days before the planned arrival – the guest receives a 100% refund of the deposit or the possibility to use it at the first next opportunity if they decide to stay with us again. • If the period is shorter than 30 days, there is no refund of the deposit, but we leave the guest the possibility to use it at the first next opportunity if they decide to rebook a place in our house. Very rarely and in exceptional situations, it happens that a guest must cancel a reservation for a very serious reason; in such cases, guests usually leave the deposit for their next holiday with us.
