The house is located in the first line to the sea, near the center of Preko. A comfortable, newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor of the house and has 2 bedrooms, a children's room, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The rooms have access to a balcony with a view of the beach and the sea. The terrace with a view of the beach and the sea is accessed from the living room. There is an extra bed in the living room. A comfortable Studio apartment of 60 m2, with 4 beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom is located in the attic of the house. On the ground floor is a large shared terrace that guests from the studio apartment can use. We also have a large grill and a bread oven in the yard. Parking for cars is provided in the yard. The apartments have air conditioning, SAT TV and Wi-Fi connection.
