We rent out a total of 2 apartments. The Kim Apartments are located in Starigrad-Paklenica, just 130 meters from the beach. Within a radius of 400 meters, you will find cafes, restaurants, shops, a butcher shop, and everything you need to enjoy a carefree annual vacation. There is also a direct bus line from Zagreb (Zagreb-Starigrad Paklenica) that runs daily from 15.06 to 31.8. The apartments are located on the 1 floor of the house, with a separate entrance on the back side. The Kim 1 and Kim 2 apartments are identical, with a living area of 30m2, and consist of 1 bedrooms (featuring a bed measuring 160×200 cm and a wardrobe), a bathroom with a shower cabin, a living room with a kitchen and an extendable sofa (160×200 cm), and a balcony of 10m2. The apartments are fully equipped and include towels, bed linen, and dishes. For stays shorter than 3 nights during the season, a 50% higher price applies.
