Don’t let yourself search for a parking spot or walk 10-20 minutes uphill to your accommodation during extreme heat. We offer you everything: air-conditioned rooms just 5 minutes from the beach and the sea. Enjoy your vacation and feel at home. We are located next to the Kaštel Hotel and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. A pebbled beach is nearby.

Payment and notes
The use of private parking costs 10€ per day and requires a reservation. Payment is due upon arrival. We do not accept pets. We do not rent apartments for 3 or fewer nights. To book accommodation, a deposit must be paid as agreed. Check-in time is from 13h, and check-out time is until 10 in the morning. Important note: The apartments are located on upper floors and are accessed via steep and narrow stairs. Unfortunately, the property is not accessible to people with disabilities or those who have difficulty moving due to health or other reasons. Please inform us before booking if you have any mobility limitations so that we can assess whether our accommodation is suitable for you. If a guest does not report such circumstances before booking, the reservation may be canceled upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
No refund of the deposit is provided upon cancellation of the reservation.
