About this stay
Katina Apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the town center but in a location that, through its seclusion, ensures a peaceful and relaxed stay for the guest. The architectural design of the house allows for seclusion and privacy on one of the three unique terraces. Due to the flow of fresh air from the highest Zlarin hill, Klepac, summer heatwaves are not felt in the apartments, so air conditioning is mainly used for heating in early spring or late autumn. The personality of the owner is emphasized in the decoration of the apartments and the house itself, so these apartments cannot be categorized into the stereotypes of accommodation units. The island of Zlarin offers guests a different way of summering compared to the mainland and even most other islands. There are no cars on the island, and upon stepping off the boat, you feel how time takes on a completely different dimension here.
