About this stay
For a relaxed, especially family holiday with children, on the outskirts of Rogoznica, in a peaceful bay with a sandy beach, Katica apartments are located. We offer you comfort with all the necessities in the apartment, beautiful terraces with sea views, private, direct access to a practically private beach, equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a parasol. In addition to the comfort of the apartments and the beach, our guests can also use daily boat excursions to national parks, Krka waterfalls, and the Kornati Islands, or drive their own cars to nearby towns: Trogir 25, Šibenik 35, or Split 50 km. The house with apartments is located in a garden full of greenery and flowers, with free space for children to play. We especially recommend apartments A4 with 2 large terraces, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and apartment A5, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, and a large terrace.

Payment and notes
As confirmation of the reservation, guests pay a deposit, usually 25%, of the total bill amount, but it is possible to agree on more or less; we provide our invoice upon request, and the remainder is paid upon arrival at the accommodation. Arrival after 14 hours and departure by 10 hours is recommended, though we are not strict here, so there is a possibility for arrangement. Many guests like to arrive early in the morning and depart in the evening because they practice night driving; in that case, we can arrange daytime instead of nighttime stays. Our only task is to make your holiday in our apartments as pleasant as possible.
Cancellation policy
In the event that a guest cancels their arrival for any reason at least 30 days before the planned start of the stay, we refund the deposit. In case of an extraordinary event, an arrangement regarding the refund of the deposit is also possible.
