The apartments are located in the very center of Novi V, opposite the entrance to the main bus station. Within a range of 10m to 200m you can find: a bakery, several of the best restaurants and cafes, two gas stations, several travel agencies and currency exchanges, an ATM, a shop, a bank, tennis courts, bocce courts, and the main city port from which various boat excursions are offered. In the immediate surroundings, there are 3 different types of beaches: pebble, rocky, and the main city sandy beach with a pool and rich entertainment facilities, which you can reach in 2 to 5 minutes walking on flat terrain. The apartments are new and high-quality, located on the ground floor with direct access to garden terraces with garden furniture and a grill, offering a view of the sunset. Payment and notes
The tourist tax and stay fee are included in the price. To confirm the reservation, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining amount is paid immediately upon arrival at the apartment. The security deposit in case of lost keys or damage to the apartment is 100€ for studio apartments and 150€ for the large apartment, which we return to the guest before departure if there was no damage. Arrival time is from 14:00 - 21:00 (please be sure to provide us with your mobile number and let us know approximately one day in advance your planned arrival time, and if you are unable to arrive by 21:00 so that we can wait for you). Departure time is in the morning between 9:00 - 10:00.
