About this stay
Comfortable and modernly equipped Katarina apartments are located in Sukošan, 10 km south of Zadar, in a quiet part of the town, ideal for a family holiday, only 150 m from the sea and beach. The same distance is also to a small market and cafe bar. Our guests also have at their disposal a large covered parking space and the possibility of using a grill in the courtyard of the house. All apartments are air-conditioned, have internet and SAT TV. Air conditioning is not included in the price of accommodation and is paid according to calculated consumption via an electricity card. Pets (dog, cat) are allowed, upon notice. All apartments have a terrace or balcony with a sea view.

Payment and notes
Payment terms: 30% after reservation, the remainder on arrival, in cash. Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of the deposit to our bank account. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a written confirmation via e-mail. Check-in: from 14 hours, check-out: until 9 hours Cancellation terms are as follows: - up to 1 month before arrival - 30% of the service price - 1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the service price - from 1 week before arrival - 100% of the service price In case the client must cancel the reservation for objective reasons, we are not obliged to refund the paid deposit amount but will issue a credit note (voucher) which can be used within an agreed period. It is recommended to arrange travel insurance.
