Apartments on the ground floor and first floor of a family house, featuring one or two double rooms with associated spaces. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious courtyard with an olive tree, where a large barbecue is available for guests to use. In the large apartment on the first floor, both rooms have access to a spacious terrace with views of the area. The one-bedroom apartment is also on the first floor, while the third, two-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor.

Payment and notes
The minimum number of nights is 5 nights, and the price list on the advertisement applies then. The price for 4 nights is 130% of the price listed, while the price for 2 nights is 150% of the listed price. A one-night stay is not possible. Additional guests are charged 20 EUR/night per person. Check-in is possible after 16:00 h. Check-out is mandatory by 10:00h.
Cancellation policy
To book the apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total stay price is paid, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable if the stay is canceled up to one month before the arrival date. After that date, the deposit will only be refunded if a replacement is found for the reserved dates.
