The property is located on a sandy peninsula with sandy beaches and shallow seas, resulting in warmer water for swimming. We are 300m away from the first two sandy beaches, so there is no need to use a car. Within a radius of 4 kilometers on all three sides of the Privlačak Peninsula, it is possible to find a quiet place to swim, depending on the wind direction. The large and spacious grassy courtyard is mainly a playground for children and adults. The pool is overflow-style on two sides. Each apartment has a guaranteed parking space under the solidly covered parking lot.
