The house is located in a quiet part of the city called Madonna del Monte, east of the old town core, with a row of private houses and a pine forest in the immediate vicinity. A short walk will take you to the center and the first beaches in 15-20 minutes. The house consists of 3 apartments. The apartments are high-quality and modernly equipped. Each apartment has a separate entrance and complete privacy. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful vacation away from the city crowds, yet close to the city center. There are several children's parks, a laundry, a car wash, several restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. The apartments are located near cycling paths, and we also recommend them to lovers of walking and nature, making them ideal for digital nomads.
