The house is located in Mimica, behind Omiš. It has three apartments, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They are fully equipped. The ground floor has access to the garden, and the first floor has a balcony. 30m from the beach. Ideal for a holiday, without noise, an oasis of peace and quiet. Recommended for families with children and couples who need peace. For young people who need facilities (disco, nightclub...etc.), they can find them in nearby towns: Omiš is 10 minutes away by car and Makarska is 20 minutes away by car, and then return to the peace. In the garden, there is a grill, tables, and benches in the shade, ideal for relaxing and socializing. All apartments have SAT, internet, TV, kitchen with everything needed, bathroom, dining area with living room, bedroom, and access to a balcony or terrace. There are two air conditioning units in each apartment.
