About this stay
The entire upper floor of a family house is for rent, featuring internet, air conditioning, TV, two bedrooms with a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and terrace, a covered parking space, grill, and a bus stop in the very center of Filip i Jakov. It is a 250m walk to the beach, 100m to shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and 500m to a shopping center. The beach is sandy (one part is fine sand), free of charge, with various activities for youth and children as well as restaurants. Nightlife: walking along the sea, music in restaurants or on the waterfront, an amusement park and the "Tomica i prijatelji" train for children; 3km to Biograd na Moru for even more fun, or 26km to Zadar. From Filip i Jakov, there are possibilities for one-day excursions to Kornati, Krka Waterfalls, Vrana Lake, the old town of Zadar, Fun Park in Biograd, and even Plitvice Lakes, etc. For your stay and relaxation, a car is not needed here; everything can be done on foot. You can arrive by bus directly to the house or by plane to Zemunik Airport near Zadar (25km). If we, the owners, are not there, guests are usually left to themselves in the house.

When booking the apartment, a 30% deposit of the agreed stay is paid, and the rest upon arrival at the apartment. The apartment is ready for guests from 14:00h, check-out time is until 10:00h.
