The town center is a short walk away and offers all necessary amenities. The spacious and simple layout, filled with light and sunshine, with sea views and large terraces, creates a sense of positive energy and relaxation. All apartments are air-conditioned. Each floor has two apartments, each with its own separate external entrance. The four-person apartment has two separate bedrooms (160x200 cm beds), a large living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room features a seating area that can be converted into a bed (120x200 cm) when needed. Payment and notes
- The reservation for the apartment is 200 euros. - The remaining amount for the apartment is paid upon arrival at the apartment. - Guest check-in is immediately upon the guest's arrival at the apartment. - An extra bed costs 15 euros. - Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every seven days. - There is no laundry or towel washing service. - Pets incur an additional fee of 5 euros (small dogs). - If any damage occurs, it should be reported immediately so that it can be compensated in agreement with the owner. - The apartment may be used exclusively by the registered guest at the apartment. - Check-in at the apartment is from 13:00 (earlier is possible if the apartment is ready), and check-out is until 09:00. - House silence must be strictly observed from 22.00 to 09:00. - The house rules are displayed in a prominent place in every apartment.
Cancellation policy
In the event of an early departure from the apartment, for any reason, the money will not be refunded. A refund of the deposit is only possible in the form of a transfer to another date, if available, by agreement with the owner.
