The fully equipped apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in Njivice, in the settlement of Kijac. The house is situated in a quiet area, ideal for families with children. A parking space is provided in front of the house. Use of the courtyard, which features a barbecue with a matching wooden seating set, is permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a 10 L freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a cooking hob, and the necessary cookware for serving food. Payment and notes
The reservation amount is 30% of the total accommodation price. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is non-refundable. After paying the reservation fee, a confirmation will be sent via email. Check-in is after 12 hours, and check-out is by 10 hours. The remaining accommodation payment must be made upon arrival and guest check-in.
