Payment and notes
Check-in is possible from 15:00 hours, and check-out until 10:30 hours. We kindly ask guests to inform us in advance of their approximate arrival time so that we can welcome them and prepare everything for a pleasant start to their vacation. Children of all ages are welcome. The property is primarily intended for a peaceful family vacation, so we ask guests to respect the house rules, neighbors, and quiet hours during the evening and night. Pets are not allowed. If you have any special requests regarding accommodation, bed arrangement, arrival, or staying with children, please specify them when sending your inquiry so that we can check the possibilities before booking. We ask guests to use the apartment and its equipment carefully and to report any issues or malfunctions as soon as they notice them so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid as previously agreed. The exact deposit amount, payment method, and payment deadline will be provided to the guest before final reservation confirmation. If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. In the case of timely cancellation, we will strive, where possible, to find a solution in agreement with the guest, such as changing the dates or offering an alternative available date. In the event of late cancellation, no-show, or unilateral termination of the stay, the paid deposit is generally non-refundable. If different arrangements are agreed upon due to extraordinary circumstances, the terms will be confirmed individually. For longer stays and reservations outside the peak season, customized terms can be arranged. We believe that clear communication and timely notification are the best ways to attempt to find a solution acceptable to both parties in the event of changes to plans.
