About this stay
We are pleased to invite you to spend your annual vacation in our apartments. We have been engaged in tourism for three decades. The goal of our work is a professional and friendly relationship with our guests, aimed at ensuring a pleasant summer stay. We hope that the fact that we have a significant number of returning guests serves as a positive outcome of our efforts, which also reflects the trend of our business: beyond purely professional business relationships, there are more meaningful ones, such as forming long-term friendships. Our long-standing tradition, as well as continuous investment in the quality of our accommodation units, are all aimed at the satisfaction of our guests.

Payment and notes
As a rule, when booking an apartment, we agree with our guests on the amount and method of paying the deposit. The amount is most often slightly higher than the price of a single night. We arrange all of this, often individually, in interaction with our guests. The check-in time is usually 12 hours on the day of arrival. The check-out time on the day of departure is until 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
A down payment is the best guarantee for both us as hosts and for guests. We process refunds of the down payment in cases of force majeure (health issues, unforeseen social situations... as well as the coronavirus situation). Very often, when such situations arise, we try to reach an agreement in good faith with our guests without additional complications.
