Year-round accommodation. A newly built family house surrounded by greenery—an olive grove—and a courtyard of 3000m2. Peace and a beautiful view ensure relaxation. We are located on a dead-end street, at an optimal distance from all the amenities needed for a quality stay. 10 minutes’ walk away, you’ll reach the beach, the center, shops, restaurants, etc. Modernly equipped apartments include bed linen, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, towels, and regular maintenance. Wi-Fi and a cable internet connection are available. A1 apartment with 3 separate bedrooms—each with its own shower/toilet—a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a gallery with an auxiliary bed for 2 children; it also has 3 air conditioners. The apartment also includes a large terrace with umbrellas and a seating set. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace; otherwise, the entire house is non-smoking. A1 is the entire second floor of the family house, with a separate entrance and a south-facing sea view. A2 and A3 are located on the ground floor with a sea view. The courtyard provides enough space for parking several cars and vans.

Payment and notes
After confirming your reservation, we expect your payment in the form of a deposit of 10 percent of the total stay price to our account. Payment is due upon arrival on the first day, but if you wish, you can also pay the full amount to our account before arrival. The ideal check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10 PM. However, if possible, we will accommodate your preferred time. We retain the deposit if you cancel one month or less before arrival. Exceptions apply in cases of accidents en route and death.
