A family house with two fully and modernly equipped apartments (ground floor and one upper floor) located in a quiet part of the city. Only a few minutes' walk from the strict city center and 5 minutes' walk from the city beach. Apartment 1 has its own terrace, two bedrooms and a living room, while Apartment 2 has 3 bedrooms and 4 balconies. Each apartment has two bathrooms as well as a kitchen with a dining area. A grill with a dining area is available to users of both apartments.

Payment and notes
Check-in and tourist tax are included in the price. Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 20% of the total price to the landlord's giro account. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival. Parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Pet fee: 6 euros per day. Check-in after 14:00h, and check-out by 09:30h. The price increases by 30% per night if the stay is less than three nights. NOTE Apartment 1 Additional fee for using the air conditioner: 6 euros per day (1 air conditioner). Apartment 2 Additional fee for using the air conditioner: 12 euros per day (3 air conditioners) or 6 euros per day (one air conditioner).
