Welcome to the apartments „ JENNY“, POREČ, ISTRA, CROATIA. Apartments „JENNY“ are very comfortable for a holiday. They are located on the middle floor with separate entrances from both the north and south sides of the house. Apartments A1 and A2 have two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace, a balcony, and satellite TV. These apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Next to the house is free parking. In the garden, there is a large shared terrace with a grill and a table in the shade under a large rose. The WHOLE house has FREE WI-FI. The house is 900 m from the sea in a quiet part of town. Nearby we have several good restaurants, doctors, and masseuses, and in a nearby hotel, there is a pool and sauna, as well as tennis and mini golf courts. At a distance of 6 kilometers, there is a small hippodrome and go-karts, while on the other part of Poreč, there is also a golf course and golf club. Poreč is rich with cultural events ranging from rock music, jazz music, and classical concerts. Additionally, Poreč is rich in historical monuments.

Payment and notes
The apartment price is for 4 people. The price for an additional person is 25,00 euros per day. The tourist tax is 1,50 per person per day. After confirming the information and deciding to spend your annual vacation in our apartment, and to finalize the reservation, the landlord requires a payment (deposit) of 200. 00 euros, which the guest pays via bank transfer. The payment of 200. 00 euros is deducted from the final bill payment upon arrival at the apartment. The final payment is made in cash (in euros) to the landlord upon arrival at the apartment. The price for the final cleaning of the apartment is 30.00 euros as a one-time fee, and the security deposit for damage is 100.00 euros. The security deposit for potential damage is returned upon the guests' departure if no damage has occurred in the apartment. Guests may enter the apartment from 14. 00 p.m. onwards. Cancellation policy
We provide a 100% refund of the deposit if the reservation is cancelled up to 30 days from the start of the reservation, and 50% if you cancel up to 14 days from the start of the reservation! By cancelling within 14 days, we do not provide a refund of the deposit.
