Payment and notes
Apartment reservations are made by paying a deposit of 20% of the total stay price to the property owner's bank account, or by agreement. The remaining amount of 80% of the total stay price is paid in cash to the owner upon arrival. Upon arrival, guests are required to present their personal documents (ID card or passport) for registration with the tourist office. In July and August, for stays shorter than 4 nights, prices are increased by 30%%. Check-in to the apartments is after 13:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
Cancellation policy
Dear guests, welcome to our apartments even in these unusual circumstances. Please travel and behave responsibly. We have adapted our reservation cancellation policy to the current situation, so you can cancel 7 days before your scheduled arrival date and receive a 100 percent refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, and we will retain the full amount. These cancellation terms are valid until the end of the pandemic is declared.
