About this stay
In the Jela family house, two spacious apartments and one comfortable room with its own bathroom are available to you. Located about 600 m from the sea, Jela house is situated in a quiet part of the town with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. During the summer months, it is best to leave your car in one of several parking spaces within the property and head carefree to the nearest beach or the town center (10-15 minute walk). If you do not feel like walking, the city bus that passes by our property will significantly shorten that journey. The apartments and room are equipped with air conditioning, Sat-TV, WLAN internet, bathrooms with a shower, spacious terraces or balconies with sea views equipped with seating sets. The room contains a mini fridge and a kettle, while the kitchens in the apartments are equipped with a microwave, refrigerators, ovens, and everything necessary for preparing and serving meals. Check-in from 13:00, and check-out by 09:00 in the morning.

Payment and notes
The stay fee, tourist tax, electricity and water consumption, cutlery and cooking equipment, parking space, free internet, weekly linen/towel change, and final cleaning are included in the daily rental price. Prices are stated in euros and refer to the daily rental for 1-4 persons in the apartments or 1-2 persons in the room sleeping on extra beds. For children or adults on an extra bed, the surcharge is 8 EUR per person/day. For children up to 7 years old sleeping with parents in the same bed, the surcharge is 4 EUR per day. For the use of air conditioning, the surcharge is 5 EUR per day. For pets (dog, cat), the surcharge is 4 EUR per pet and day. For stays up to 3 nights, the price increases by 30%. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid, with the remainder payable upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival, the amount of the paid deposit is returned minus bank fees. For reservations cancelled in the period from 30 to 10 days before arrival, 50% of the paid deposit is returned. If a reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before its start, there is no refund of the paid deposit.
