Suitable for two families (friends) because the terrace is separated by a wall with doors that can be moved when needed, thus enabling communication. From the house to the town center, there is an asphalted road mostly used by cars of the houses located there. The road is ideal for cyclists, rollerbladers, strollers, and walks along the sea. The house is far enough from the town center to ensure a peaceful stay without noise from cafes and the disco club's music.

Payment and notes
Tourist tax and air conditioning are included in the price. WiFi is free. It is customary for guests to leave the apartment by 10:00 AM, and new guests are allowed to check in after 1:00 PM (it is advisable to confirm this before departure and arrival – sometimes we allow extended stays and earlier check-in, depending on the arrival of other guests).
Cancellation policy
The deposit amounts to 30% of the total stay price. Standard rules for deposit refunds in specific percentages and timeframes: If the guest cancels the reservation: - for cancellations 60 or more days in advance - 100% - for cancellations within 60 to 30 days - 50% - for cancellations within 30 days - no deposit refund If the guest needs to cancel their stay, we always ask them to contact us regardless, as additional solutions may be found.
