Jadran Apartments are located in the quiet apartment complex of Kumenat in Biograd na Moru, set back from the city center and situated next to a tourist camp surrounded by pine forests. A seaside promenade leads from the complex to the city center, a 10-minute walk away. The distance to the Kumenat beach of the same name is approximately 100 meters, and to the other sandy beach, Soline, about 300 meters. The apartments are on the second and third floors of a family house with sea and island views. Each apartment has a total area of 65m2 and consists of two separate rooms with beds and extra beds, another room with two beds, a kitchen-living area, a hallway, a bathroom, and two terraces. Each apartment includes 2 rooms, plus an extra bed, making the accommodation suitable for 5 people. There are also two terraces on the front and back of the house, where guests can enjoy relaxing to the morning song of birds, take in the views of the sea and islands, and watch romantic sunsets.
