The property offers two modern apartments on the ground floor, each with one parking space in the courtyard. The location is ideal for nature lovers (biking and hiking trails) as well as those interested in cultural heritage and archaeological sites. Apartman Jadran 1 (30 m² with a terrace): Includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a living area with a kitchenette. The living area has an auxiliary bed (85x200) for a child up to 12 years old. Apartman Jadran 2 (37 m² with a terrace): Includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a pull-out armchair (80x200) for a child up to 10 years old, a bathroom, and a living area with a kitchen. The living area has a sofa (90x200) for a person up to 18 years old. Both apartments are air-conditioned, feature free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with satellite channels.

Payment and notes
Check-in/check-out: Check-in to the apartment is after 15:00 h, and check-out is until 10:00 h. Payment: The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30%, for up to three nights 50%.. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival. Damage deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of 150 € is required, which will be returned on the day of departure if there is no damage. Prices: For stays of up to 3 nights, the price is higher by 30%.. The surcharge for an additional person is 10 € per night. House rules: Bringing unregistered guests and pets is prohibited. Quiet hours: 15-17 h and 23-08 h.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable deposit: The deposit amount paid (30% or 50%) serves as a reservation guarantee and a fee in case of no-show, and is non-refundable. Early guest departure: If the guest decides to end their stay earlier of their own volition, they are required to pay the full reservation amount. Damage: A deposit of 150 € is used to cover any potential damage. If the damage amount exceeds the deposit, the guest is required to immediately pay the difference. Violation of house rules: In case of violation of the rules, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation. In such a case, the guest will be refunded the amount for the days from the following day until the end of the planned stay.
