About this stay
Fully equipped three-room apartments with an area of 90 m², offering sea views, are suitable for accommodating 4–6 people. Guests have access to a large covered parking lot for up to 4 cars, as well as a barbecue and spit-roast facility on the courtyard terrace. The apartments are located 500 m from the city center, and the beach is a 5–10-minute walk away (approx. 400 m). The apartment price includes Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, covered parking, use of the barbecue, and the tourist tax. The apartments are primarily intended for families. Payment and notes
Payment and Stay Conditions: A deposit is mandatory and amounts to 30 % of the total stay cost, serving as a reservation guarantee. All bank charges related to the deposit payment are the guest's responsibility. The remaining amount is payable in cash (EUR) upon arrival. Check-in and check-out times are determined by agreement, in accordance with international customs: Check-in: from 14:00 hours Check-out: by 10:00 hours
Cancellation policy
In the event of a guest's early departure (e.g., if the stay was contracted for 14 days, but the guest leaves the apartment after 10 days), the resulting loss for the unused portion of the stay shall be shared equally between the guest and the owner. The guest is obliged to pay 50 % of the amount for the remaining days (e.g., 2 days), while the remaining 50 % (2 days) shall be borne by the owner.
