A standalone family house with a sea view and a green garden in a quiet part of town. The owner lives in the house. The apartments are fully equipped. Located on the third row from the sea, 5 minutes' walk slightly downhill, and 10 minutes' walk to the center. Excellent access by car, with parking within the garden area. Each apartment has a separate entrance, a balcony or terrace, and garden furniture. The listed prices are not fixed. They depend on the time of the season, the number of people in the apartment, and the length of stay.

Payment and notes
A deposit to the giro account 30 % is required for the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. The ideal length of stay is a minimum of 7 days. For stays shorter than 3 nights, an additional fee of 30 % applies. Stays longer than 10 nights receive a 10 % discount. For stays longer than 30 nights, a discount is available upon agreement. The ideal check-in time is at 14 o’clock, and check-out is at 10 o’clock. Regular good guests receive a discount upon agreement.
