We offer two fully equipped apartments with a beautiful garden. On the terraces, you will find a grill and high-quality outdoor furniture. The larger apartment is located on the upper floor and features a jacuzzi on its large terrace, exclusively for use by guests of the larger apartment. The property is situated very close to the beach, offering stunning views of the sea and Mount Velebit from the terraces. The center of Novigrad, located 500 m away, can be reached with a leisurely walk along the sea. Free parking is available in Novigrad. The city of Zadar is 30 km away, and in the surrounding area, within a distance of 20 to 120 km, you will find 4 national parks: Paklenica, Krke Waterfalls, Kornati National Park, and Plitvice Lakes. The airport is 15 km away from the apartments.

Check-in at our apartment is from 15 h, and check-out is until 10 h. To reserve the accommodation, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required. The host will provide payment details (IBAN) in advance for the deposit payment, and the remaining amount can be paid directly by the guest upon arrival, or as agreed.
