Payment and notes
- Check-in: from 15:00 h on the day of arrival / Check-out: until 10:00 h on the day of departure - The booking confirmation is valid after payment of 30 % of the total booking amount to the account specified in the offer, and a copy of the payment must be sent, after which you will receive the booking confirmation. - The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival or to the bank account where the deposit was paid, no later than 7 days before arrival. Additional costs: - Check-in: 7 Eur per person, one-time fee - Final cleaning per apartment: 20 Eur
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a reservation, refund of a deposit, or modification of a reservation must be done in writing. In the case of a fixed-confirmation private accommodation reservation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation serves as the basis for calculating cancellation fees: - For cancellation of a reservation up to 45 days before the start of service, the client will be refunded 100 % of the paid deposit. - For cancellation of a reservation from 44 to 30 days before the start of service, the client will be refunded 50 % of the paid deposit. - For cancellation of a reservation within 29 days of the start of service, the full deposit amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued. For each cancelled accommodation reservation, we charge an administrative fee of 10 Eur.
