About this stay
A beautiful family house, located 80m from the first beach, consists of 6 separate accommodation units spread across three floors, each with its own entrance and views of the garden and the sea. Among the accommodation units, we offer a Room/Studio for two with a balcony and a mini-kitchenette, a Large Studio for two people with a "cool" loggia, and a Large Two-Bedroom Apartment with two bedrooms, a living room featuring a corner sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a loooooong balcony for morning and evening "enjoyment" with coffee/wine... The courtyard is green, adorned with olive trees, fig trees, and nettles, as well as a small seasonal vegetable garden. Access to the parking area, which is an integral part of the property, is via the courtyard entrance from the main street; it is designed so that the entrance and exit are separate, eliminating any complicated U-turns ;) The hosts will welcome you, happily chat about local events, arrange a baby cot or high chair, lend items if anything is missing in the apartment, or fix any potential issues.

Payment and notes
Confirmation of payment of the deposit in the amount of 30% guarantees the reservation. The offer is valid for 24 hours. The final cleaning service is charged at 25, 30, or 50 EUR, depending on the size of the accommodation unit. Full payment for the accommodation must be made before check-in, either in cash or by presenting proof of payment for the invoice you received upon paying the deposit. 1-3 nights are possible (30% +) exclusively between unoccupied booking periods. Check-in is from 15h; check-out is until 10h. An earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for an additional fee of half the price of one night, subject to availability and prior notice. In such cases, check-in is at 11h and check-out is at 17h. Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their arrival time and planned departure. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID. This property does not host bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or any other similar events. Running around the apartment is prohibited. Any damage to the furnishings will be charged. Please rest and enjoy! ;)
Cancellation policy
If we fully fill your canceled booking under the same conditions (the same or a greater number of nights), we will refund your deposit in full, regardless of when you made the reservation. If the booking period remains vacant, is sold for a shorter duration, or is split into multiple shorter stays, the deposit is non-refundable.
