About this stay
Nicely decorated and equipped apartment in a quiet area. The distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops is 70-100 meters. The apartment is located on the 1 floor, has two south-facing balconies measuring 20m2, and two small north-facing balconies. It has two air conditioners that are not included in the apartment price. The apartment features a large kitchen and another small, fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to cook and stay separately if two families are visiting together. The apartment has 2 secured parking spaces. It is connected to Omiš via a coastal promenade, so our guests can walk to the town. As hosts, we live on the ground floor of the house, so we are available to our guests for any additional information. Welcome! Apartment 2+2 is on the second floor of the house. The kitchen and living area have access to a large south-facing balcony offering a beautiful view of the island of Brač. The bedroom has access to a small north-facing balcony. The apartment is nicely decorated and has an air conditioner that is not included in the price. An additional fee applies.

Payment and notes
When making a reservation, a deposit of 25% must be paid. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is until 10 in the morning. If guests arrive earlier, they can park and go to the beach / for lunch while the apartment is being prepared. For any damage caused during the guest's stay in the apartment, the guest is obliged to pay for the damage they have caused. Guests must respect the house rules in the apartment.
