Apartmani Ivan is located in the Upper District on the island of Čiovo, which is connected by a bridge to the historic city of Trogir (UNESCO). Trogir is well-connected to all major Croatian and European cities by air, land, or sea. Split Airport is only 5 km away, and the city of Split is 20 km away. We are 4 km from the center of Trogir and only 60 m from the sea, which is further proof of our accessibility and ideal location. The apartments are airy and filled with light in all rooms, with the 20m2 of terraces and balconies standing out in particular. These are accessible from the living room and bedroom and offer a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač, Hvar, Šolta, and Drvenik. The beach is suitable for both adults and young children, as it has both deeper and shallower areas. Parking is provided for all our guests. Payment and notes
Reservations are paid via IBAN (owner's account), with a deposit of 25 % of the reservation amount, and the remaining balance due when the guest arrives for their stay. Check-in time: 14:00 in the afternoon. Check-out time: 10:00 before noon. If I have no other guests on that day, check-in may also be earlier, or check-out later.
Cancellation policy
The deposit serves as a form of security in case guests cancel their reservation (the deposit is NON-refundable). In the event of death, the deposit will be immediately returned to the account.
