Iva Janeš Apartments are located 45 meters from the first beach and are also close to other beaches, 5 minutes' easy walk from the shopping center, market, and butcher shop 200 m... as well as a café, restaurant, pastry shop, and pharmacy 50 meters away. Everything is accessible without a car. Enjoy evening walks along the sea in the beautiful old, typical Mediterranean town of Rogoznica. Take a stroll to Marina Frapa and you'll understand why it has been the best marina on the Adriatic for years. You'll be delighted by the atmosphere at their outdoor pool and enjoy a night swim while sipping a refreshing drink. There's also a disco bar for young people. On the Gradina peninsula lies Lake Zmajevo, a lagoon filled with seawater, considered a natural bioreactor where biochemical processes take place. Rogoznica is near the major national parks of Slapovi Krke and Kornati, offering daily boat excursions. It's also not too far to go rafting on the Cetina River. It's an ideal place for a vacation with family and friends, and Rogoznica is also a popular destination for sailors. Fishing festivals, the Adriatic Summer Games... and much more contribute to a complete experience for body and soul. We have a total of 4 newly built apartments, two of which are on the first floor and the other two on the second floor.

The ideal check-in time for guests at the apartment is at 13 o’clock, and check-out is until 10 o’clock. The deposit is at least 100 € per apartment, and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash.
