Payment and notes
Reservation and payment: The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price. The remaining amount can be paid via bank transfer or in cash (in euros). Arrival and departure: Check-in: from 14:00 hours Check-out: until 09:00 hours Final cleaning: The cost of final cleaning is 80,00 €, payable in cash upon arrival. Security deposit: A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 € is charged upon arrival. The full amount is returned upon departure, after an inspection of the apartment. Parking: Parking is public and is charged according to the current price list of the local utility company. Apartment maintenance: We kindly ask you to treat the inventory with care and the attention of a good host, and to leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon departure.
Cancellation policy
We are aware that plans sometimes need to change, so we have adjusted our cancellation policy to protect both you and us: The reservation is fixed after the payment of a 30% deposit, which is non-refundable under regular conditions. An exception is "force majeure", pandemics, or similar extraordinary situations, where we will be happy to accommodate you and transfer the paid deposit to a new, mutually agreed date. Your money is safe and usable for your next holiday with us!
