The apartment is approximately 2 km from the main square, or a 10-minute drive by car, or a 15–20-minute tram ride. Nearby is Radnička cesta, a well-known business district in Zagreb, as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes. A supermarket and other amenities are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a large double bed measuring 180×200 cm with a high-quality mattress and ergonomic pillows. Payment and notes
Check-in is possible from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00, unless otherwise agreed. The apartment allows easy self-check-in via a keybox, and guests receive all necessary instructions before arrival. The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit as agreed. The remaining amount can be paid before arrival or upon arrival. We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer, or cash. The tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodation and is charged according to current regulations. We ask guests to announce their planned arrival at least one day in advance so that we can ensure a smooth check-in and pleasant stay. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, but it is permitted in the outdoor area.
Cancellation policy
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required. In case of cancellation: - up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded - less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable In case of no-show, the paid deposit will be retained. Changing the dates of your stay is possible subject to apartment availability and prior agreement with the host.
