Payment and notes
The reservation is considered confirmed after the agreed deposit payment and a written reservation confirmation are received. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash, as agreed and in accordance with the reservation terms. Standard check-in is from 15:00 hours, and check-out is until 10:00 hours. The property uses self check-in via a PIN code, allowing for flexible arrival times once the guest receives access instructions to the apartment. For earlier arrivals or later departures, guests are requested to send a request in advance, subject to availability and the cleaning schedule.
Cancellation policy
The guest is entitled to a full refund of the paid amount for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival. For cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival, the guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the paid amount. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, as well as in the case of the guest's no-show, no refund of the paid amount is possible. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email.
